This Save has a pretty limited scope. Medusae, Hold Person, Basilisks, Ghouls and certain poisonous foes may force a Save against Paralysis. Oddly enough falling rocks do too, even though literally every other physical dodge in the game including Web and Chute traps use Save vs Death Ray or Poison.
